We’ve all heard of the famous “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.” But what do the characters we chose to portray when we were little say about our perceptions of gender? In her TEDx Talk, Alyce LaViolette addresses the issues of power and gender in relation to the popular fairy-tale. Alyce LaViolette has worked with survivors of intimate partner violence since 1978 and with perpetrators since 1979.
